Wonderful nature pictures - like everyone else, I love the beautiful squirrel! Is he called a Fox Squirrel - here in the mid-western United States, we don't see squirrels with "ear tufts!" We have gray squirrels, and red squirrels, and the occasional black squirrel, but I've never seen one with fuzzy ears.
Hi Ricka! I like the name Fox Squirrel...a small 'fox-red' guy! Here in Denmark I think that most of them have ear tufts...I rarely see grey squirrel, but never black ones. The places to see squirrels here in town are in the old cemetries...and there are many! I just love their way of beeing curious..don't want to miss a thing!
And thanks for the kind words; I spend my day in 'the other end of Denmark' because of a sudden death...so I'm not in Christmas mood yet, so to speak...

Wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing them all. The squirrel is so nice! :)
Dejlige billeder! Jeg håber ikke, at det gør noget, at jeg låner egernet som forbillede til en tegning.
Dear friends! Thanks for those kind words!! You made me smile on a very sad day for me! I love the squirrel too...but he is too fast for me :O))
Margit...du må altid altid bruge mine billeder :O)

I am sorry that your day, the 29th was sad - I saw your post after I commented on the wonderful squirrel.
I hope you are cheered up soon!
