these lovely images by Adelaide Hanscom (1875-1931).
These photographic illustrations are from
'The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam' - an old collection
of verse in Quatrains (four lines each) attributed to
Omar Khayyám (1048 - 1123). This edition is the
Fitzgerald translation of the Rubaiyat published by
Dodge Publishing, New York, 1905.
