The Project Gutenberg posts the most charming - free - e-books, and also the one with the title you see above. I can't see when it was first published, but I'm sure it says so somewhere..... ;O)
There's a lot of old recipes: chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, chocolate candy, chocolate caramels, chocolate sauce, chocolate popcorn balls, and..... Oh, my dear it goes on and on...
...and there's a lot of cacao recipes as well...
