Tonight the branch light - helligtrekongerslyset (=The Candle of the Three Holy Men) was lit. And the three lights burned down until they met...and booom...a bit of gunpowder exploded which ment that Christmas was finally over. Tonight some Danes still light their branch candles -helligtrekongerslys - but without the gunpowder! I always do so, but not this year, I'm sad to say....
