My son and daughter-in law were married on December the 19th. Her gown was of simple lines with the most beautiful and elegant center embellishment. Lovely, but what was simply stunning was the white, fur trimmed, full length cape with hood and white fur muff that she wore for the trip 50 miles away to the reception, which was held in a vintage location. It was bitter cold and snowy. It transported everyone who saw her and my handsome son into a fairy tale. The Snow Queen and her groom at the turn of the century. It took people's breath away. I heard strangers gasp and murmur with their delight at seeing them, it was a memory I will treasure. The last picture in this group reminds me of that day.
Thank you again for your hard work finding these wonderful images and posting them for our enjoyment! ♥
Oh, that sounds like a true fairy tale! Thanks for sharing! When I looked for the images I also searched for 'brides and fur'...and saw the most stunning white fur capes and muffs, so I can imagine how she looked..in the the snow (Oh, I like that).it must have been such a wonderful sight! I
