
Today many Danes eat fastelavnsboller i.e. 'Fastelavns bun',
also known in English as 'shrovetide bun' or 'lenten bun'.

Fastelavnsboller come in many, many variations...with
or without whipped cream, iceing, jam, homemade etc.
