Peace and quiet for immersion in research

Here we are:

Ørslev Kloster (nunnery) is a moderne Creative Residence
established in 1969 and set within the grounds and
buildings of a medieval Benedictine nunnery and later
Manor house. The nunnery is open to all applicants with
a work project within art, litterature, culture or science....
there are eight rooms for rent...and no telephones,
televisions or radios..only peace and quiet!
I'll go there one day...I hope I will!

How completely dreamy! I wish we had something like that here...

I would love to be in a place like that ... we were talking today of a dog friend who lives in the far, frozen North, and how it is possible that all that darkness makes it easier for him to "see the light" so to speak. The pictures of this wonderful place make me feel that way as well ... with all the silent snow covered beauty, it seems a person could find peace ...

Would love to go there; I wonder if they have a piano? I would need a piano (or harpsichord) to do my work. Or maybe an organ in a nearby church.

Dreamy!

I think it most be THE place to go to do research!

And about the piano...I saw that they have a piano in the livingroom...and the abbey has it's own church, and as far as I can see they have an organ...please, let me know if I shall call Ørslev Kloster for any informations...I'll gladly do that!
