Hi Mette! Well, yes i work whit patisserie, is not a steady work; it´s a self emplyment, i sell basic patisserie to order...like pies
(fruit pies,crumble tarts, brownies..etc).
Do you like cuisine..? I remember your Christmas book...seems interesting. A hug!!! :))
