Oh, I went back in time, as well...people (women) today long gone. My grandmorher taught me how to make these...but it is a huge job to make such a throw. My grandmother always bought yarn on sale....today I don't 'go as much on sale' as my mother and grandmother did...silly really, because this thow is not only 'expensive in time' but also 'expensive in yarn'...
