Hi there. The black and white photo of one of the dancers in Tegner's Ballerina Fountain is a copyrighted image, taken by me. I have absolutely no objections to you using it, but you should credit me as the photographer - at the very least by linking to the original here. I trust that you have used the photo in good faith, since you are linking to a tumblr account. However, the photo was removed from tumblr a couple of months ago after I submitted a "Notice of infringement" to their copyright division.

Thanks in advance, best regards, Poul
