Møntergården, Odense


I love this old half-timbered house - the colour makes
me feel so peaceful inside. It is called Møntergården.
The Møntergård building is one of the finest Renaissance
properties in Odense. The walls are brickpainted as bricks
which were considered superior to halftimbering. It was built
in 1646 by the nobleman Falk Gøye - today it is a museum

Yeah, I can see why! We have a building here in town...it is almost the same!
