Blogger is getting a new look in April. 'An upgrade', they call it -
I've tried it all morning - and it simply doesn't work for me; it
is too stiff, and the posts don't look the way I would love them
to look. As far as I can tell this 'upgrade' is not a choice of my
own - and if I can't choose to keep 'my old blog look', I've taken
the hard decision to call it a day and stop all my blogs. Blogging
takes a lot of time and it should be fun...nothing else but fun!
So if I stop 'The Polar Bear' you know why...

Oh, I hope you don't quit! I love your blog. I agree though - why oh why do they have to mess with something that works?! Why don't they just leave blogger as it is. I agree.

I just found your blog too. I love it. I can see all the hard work you put into it. I would understand if you quit.Sometimes blogging breaks are necessary. I would miss this new found treasure very much, thou!

Not reading you would be like losing a close friend. I do understand your delimma and only want what is best for you. I will keep my fingers crossed that you don't close shop. You mean more to many of us than you can ever know.
It would be our loss if you stopped. I'm looking in every day and I have learned a lot from your Blog. Found new artists and interesting "stuff" which has led to some more research and more interesting things to learn. You are an e educator you know so it would be sad if you left.

I love your blog, and I admire all of the hard work you do, not only posting valuable images, but linking to valuable information. So, I hope the format works out, and you will still find posting to your blog(s) rewarding.
I'm concerned, too, learning about a blogger change from you. I have several blogger blogs, including art and information blogs, and I've worked to customize the layouts to get them just the way I want them, so I'm hoping we will still have choices.

Oh please don't stop. Your blog sometimes shows me the only beauty I see in a day. But if you do stop, I will understand; who knows maybe I will try harder to make beauty myself.
