Oh, my dear...the link won't open?! Sorry, sorry!! Yes it is a toy - Steiff firm/The Steiff company makes toys (well, I actually don't know if they still do..I'm only interested in the vintage toys). I think it is a stroller...but the string to pull it is no longer there (...and it was sold sold at $6330....)
