Hej! Hi!
I'm back...almost well...and I feel like blogging
again! Thanks my friends for all the thoughtful get well

And welcome to new friends...glad you found me...but...

...I read this morning that Blogger will upgraded to
the new user interface within a few days - those of
you who have been visiting me awhile know that I've written
before that I'll stop The Polar Bear when this happens - I've
tried the new interface, and I am not comfortable with it at all -
I simply can't make my posts look the way I want them to...so
maybe I'll say goodbye to you in a few days...we'll just have
to wait and see what happens...

I think that means that the dashboard will be upgraded to the new look all around (there was an option for keeping the old one for a while), not that the blog look will change.

I might be mistaken, though, but that's the way I read it.

The new blog look is not functional - the little pop out menu on the side messes with the slider, for example. You can't see comments. The posts load up weird, etc, etc.

Hi Ana, Thanks for that comment! The weird looking posts are my problem...and they do look different in the new blogger...I've tried to post a lot of images with a bit of text (like I do most of the time)...and blogger posts it in a different way than I want it to look...maybe I'll find a way...I'll you wait and see...

Blogging takes a lot of time...and I'm fussy about how it looks...

On the Danish blogger they say that this change to the new blogger version is for good...we no longer have the option to change into the old look anymore... :O(

Do hope that you are feeling better. All the Blogger changes are depressing, do not want you to stop - your posts always bring cheer and insight. Minerva x

I just discovered your blog, it would be such a shame to stop (even though I agree with the new crappy weird blogger version...)!

I absolutely adore everything you post here, you do have a fantastic taste!

Cheers from Paris x

Hi ! It would be a pity if you stopped this blog... Thanks to you I have discovered many nice pictures , and I have followed you for a while now ...I always wonder how you can still find more and more nice new ones ... Of course I sometimes thought -and feared that maybe one day you might get tired of sharing with us ....So it is a pity that blogger makes things more complicated !!!!

Oh dear. You must abide by your artistic principles but...I do hope that the changes in Blogger won't mean this has to end. Is there anything besides Blogger available to you? I have been enchanted, enlightened and entertained by Polar Bear and would so hate to say farewell.

If I wasn't certain that you are fairy royalty, I might say you're playing with our emotions with these threats of quitting ;-)

Oh no, I'm not playing with anyone's emotions - I'm not that kind of person....

You're so not that kind of person Mette!
